DIY CROISSANT FRENCH TOAST

I don't usually share recipes, mostly because I don't know many, but I couldn't resist! I can't take credit for this one though. My parents have been making this for years. They are by far my favorite way to have french toast! The croissants turn out crispy on the outside and super moist on the inside. What could be better? I don't even use very much syrup on them if any. I prefer them with a few strawberries to add a bit of sweet and tart. mmm. Here's the recipe!

6 croissants
4 eggs
1 C of milk
2 T of ground cinnamon
1 T of sugar
Butter - of course!

Add the milk, eggs, cinnamon and sugar to a mixing bowl and whisk well. Cut the croissants in half and dip them into the mixture right before putting in the pan. Make sure the pan is already hot (on medium heat) and has butter in it to keep the croissants from sticking - and to add more deliciousness! After dipping the croissants in the mixture, lay them in the pan and cook on each side for about 1-2 minutes. Remove from the pan, add to your plate and devour as you see fit! Consider yourself warned, these are addictive/amazing. Bon appetite!
