Did you ever do this when you were a kid? My siblings and I used to do it all the time. It's always so disturbing but so hilarious! Preston did it first and of course, Elliott had to try it too. I was the chin artist/photographer :) So blogging world, meet Grouel. The cutest chin boy that ever was!
Lately, Elliott has been putting on these concerts where he sings every song he knows. Which include Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Old MacDonald, the theme song from his favorite cartoon, and a few others.
He always starts the show with such a look of concentration.
Then he does a "put your hands up in the air!" move. This really gets the crowd going!
Followed by more intense vocals and slurred words (he only thinks he knows all the words)
And this is how he let's us know the show is over. Every time. We call it the "I'm a gangsta" / Backstreet Boy move. Usually, after his gangsta finale, he does a few bows and says "Thank you! Thank you!" Regardless of whether anyone is clapping or even in the same room. It's our favorite form of entertainment.
These were just too funny not to share. I kind of love them. They would make an awesome gift to that quirky man in your life. And that pink elephant trunk would look splendid on
my her nightstand. Don't you think?
Finally, our third stocking is done! Preston really wanted his to be funny, and funny it is. I let him take the reins on this one, I just took the pictures :) It's pretty self explanatory, and the execution is really easy. Here we go!
What we used:
Plain white stocking
Masking tape (ours was pink)
Card-stock for the inside
I love this shirt! I got one for Preston as a "have on hand for some upcoming gift-giving occasion I may or may not have forgotten about". That's a good enough reason to buy something, right?
Bonus: Each shirt comes with a free poster!
