DIY EASTER HUNT EGGS

One of my favorite parts of Easter is the egg hunt! Remember how we've been kind of obsessed with temporary tattoos? Well, I thought I would make some special eggs with little messages for the kids to enjoy. They are basically temporary tattoos for eggs. Sweet, right? I thought it would be fun to have some fun phrases as well as the traditional "happy easter" on them. My favorite ones are "you found me" and "you crack me up". To make your own, just download the templates and print them off onto tattoo paper. I used this paper and they turned out perfectly! Follow the instructions on the paper (minus the silhouette cutter - unless you are super fancy like that), cut them out and put them on! You can download the templates here and here for personal use and make sure you have a blast with them. Otherwise, what's the point?
If you like these, you should check out these fancy ones Jordan made. So pretty! We had a blast making our eggs and can't wait to use them. Happy hunting!

Download the templates here and here.

DIY BUNNY TOTE

I made this tote for Elliott to use this Easter in the various egg hunts that we will inevitably be attending. I love egg hunts! I thought it would be easier for him to handle while scooping up eggs. I made the bunny face as an iron on transfer and loved it so much, I thought I would share! All you have to do is download the face here, print it out onto iron transfer paper and follow the instructions. So easy! I used this tote bag and it seems like the perfect size for a little one. I do have one tip though, try and cut as close to the face as possible to avoid too much of that clear paper from showing. Other than that, have fun! How can you say no to that face? You can't.
Download it here! You can put it on a tote, a shirt, or whatever else you feel needs a bunny face on it.

Please feel free to use this download till your hearts content, but for personal use only. Thank you!

DIY ST. PATRICK'S DAY RAINBOW PLACEMAT

When I was growing up, my mom would make us kids green pancakes with green milk for St. Patrick's day. I loved it! So I tried to do something similar, but ended up just buying green cupcakes (mom fail!). Another reason I like St. Patricks's day is for the rainbows! Here is a super easy (like your toddler could do it) placemat to add to the festive St. Patrick's day grub. AND, it's washable! Whhaat? Yes. Check out the details over on Momtastic

DIY SHAMROCK WINDOW CLINGS

I was staring out the window the other day and thought "my windows are filthy!" Then I thought "I should make something cute to cover them up." Enter the shamrock window clings! If you have washi tape, a pencil, clear contact paper and scissors, you can make your own clings in literally minutes. Here's how!
Lay your tape to the clear side of the contact paper. Use any color combo!
Draw your design (in this case shamrocks) on the paper side, then cut it out, peel off the paper backing and stick to your window!
Easy, right? Bonus: they are totally removable and come off clean. You can even store them on a sheet of plastic until next year to use them again!

A HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY DIY!

Just a little something fun for your day of love. I saw a heart shaped post-it pad and bam! This was what I came up with. A heart shaped notepad and some arrow pencils. I am in love with the pencils. I made a whole bunch of them with different colors. I love them! You can make your own by following these instructions over on Momtastic. Happy valentine's day!
